New Hampshire 529 -UNIQUE College Investing Plan
The State of New Hampshire offers two 529 College Savings Plans, the UNIQUE College Investing Plan and the Fidelity Advisor 529 Plan, which are administered, by Fidelity Investments with fiduciary oversight provided by the College Tuition Savings Plan Advisory Commission.
The primary difference between the two Plans is that the Fidelity Advisor 529 Plan is marketed to the clients of non-Fidelity financial advisors that do not administer their own proprietary plan, while the UNIQUE Plan is offered directly to Fidelity retail investors.

Earnings: Any earnings grow federal income tax-deferred.
Withdrawals:
Qualified withdrawals for education expenses are federal income tax-free and exempt from New Hampshire interest. Qualified Education Expenses include tuition, fees, books (written by the student), supplies needed for taking courses at an elementary or secondary school level as well any costs associated with getting a professional license such as ethics exams required to become certified in medicine.

There is no minimum initial investment in the New Hampshire 529 College Savings Plan, the UNIQUE College Investing Plan.
